Sweet November and Valentine arrive in July

On July 24th, Warner Brothers Home Entertainment will be releasing an unlikely duo of films; the romantic drama-comedy Sweet November and the romantic thriller Valentine.

The remake of the classic 1968 film, “ Sweet November”, stars Keanu Reeves as a power-suited, plugged-in ad executive speed-dialing through life and Charlize Theron as a bohemian, free-spirited pet groomer taking life as it comes. You may not expect them to share a life-altering romance together. But love has other ideas in this inspired reteaming of the stars of The Devil’s Advocate. When she challenges him to take a break from his stressful routine and live with her for one month, she knows it will change his outlook on life forever. What she doesn’t know is that it will change hers as well.
In “Valentine”, four friends start to receive morbid valentine day cards. Someone out there is stalking them…someone they all spurned when they were younger. And Valentines Day 2001 is the Day she/he gets their revenge.

Both discs will have an anamorphic widescreen transfer and Dolby 5.1 surround sound. “Valentine” will contain an audio commentary with director Jamie Blanks, cast and crew interviews, a Club Reel for the song “Opticon” by Orgy, cast and crew filmographies and a theatrical trailer. “Sweet November” will contain filmographies, a theatrical trailer and the featurette “ Sweet November: From the Heart,”.

“Valentine” and “Sweet November” will both be available on July 24th and will be priced at $19.98 and $24.98 respectively.
