The music of Poison gets digital treatment

Capitol Records, a relative newcomer to the DVD arena has announced plans to release a video compilation DVD for the rock band Poison. Greatest Video Hits will be Poisons first entry into DVD. The disc will feature 17 of the band’s greatest videos, in 5.1 surround sound, from the beginning of their careers through today.

The videos on the disc will be; “Cry Tough”, “I Want Action”, “Talk Dirty To Me”, “I Won’t Forget You”, “Nothin’ But A Good Time”, “Fallen Angel”, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn”, “Your Mama Don’t Dance”, “Unskinny Bop”, “Ride The Wind”, “Something To Believe In”, “Life Goes On”, “(Flesh & Blood) Sacrifice”, “Stand”, “Until You Suffer Some (Fire & Ice)”, “So Tell Me Why”, and “Power To The People”.

In addition to the videos, the DVD will feature some added content to round out the disc, including backstage footage, home videos, commentaries from band members and liner notes written by Brett Michaels.

Coming June 5th, the DVD will be publicized to promote the bands new tour, “Grand Slam Metal Jam”.
