Dreamworks Home Video has announced the November release of a Special Edition DTS version of their animated hit, Prince of Egypt.

Starring the voices of Michelle Pfeiffer, Danny Glover, Val Kilmer, Ralph Fiennes, Jeff Goldblum, and Sandra Bullock, ‘The Prince of Egypt’ is the biblical story that changed the world, an epic adventure filled with memorable characters and thrilling action–from a riveting, white-knuckle chariot race to a spectacular parting of the seas. It’s the saga of two brothers who grow up the best of friends. One will rule the most powerful empire on earth, the other will overcome incredible odds to become one of the greatest heroes of all time.

The DTS Special Edition of ‘The Prince Of Egypt’ will feature an enhanced widescreen transfer in the film’s original aspect ratio of 1.85:1, and it will, of course feature a 5.1 DTS, surround audio track. Extras include a ‘making of’ featurette, audio commentary, a technical EFX reel, a chariot race multi-image segment, an art design slide show, and multi-language reel.

Dreamworks Home Video will release the disc on November 7th. It will carry a suggested retail price of $26.99.
