DVD Empire now offers 40% off all pre-ordered DVD titles

DVDEmpire.com, the Web’s 4th largest DVD e-retailer, is celebrating another successful year by lowering their pre- order prices up to 40% off.

DVDEmpire.com was one of the first e-retailer to sell DVDs when the DVD player itself was still in the West Coast beta testing phase. Always trying to maintain their leadership and innovative role within the
market, they have always put the customer first. By doing so, they have experienced progressive and sustained growth since 1997.

“This price reduction is only one facet of the changes our loyal customers are going to experience over the next few months,” states Jeff Rix, CEO of DVDEmpire.com. “hile working with our newly hired
Director of Marketing, Steven Negri, we will be offering on-the-spot promotions that will go beyond the new 40% discount. For instance, this month we are offering 45% off the DVD pre-order price for
`Braveheart” staring Mel Gibson. Last month we offered an on-the-spot price reduction for “Fight Club”, and for customers who already made the purchase, they received a charge card credit for the difference in their shipping box.“

While others in the industry are incrementally raising their prices, or doing away with e-bates and promotions that can cost them money, DVDEmpire.com is just starting to forge ahead with marketing.

”We have always used our profits to invest into the infrastructure and as such have had a reputation of superior customer service and deliverability,“ said Jeff Rix. ”While our competitors are closing up shop, or raising prices, we are building a new corporate office and lowering our prices all due to the loyalty of our customers, and all in an effort at continuing to offer our customer the best e-retailing experience ever.’
