Practice Yoga with the new Yoga Practice DVD

If you are a yoga practitioner, a would-be yoga practitioner, or just a DVD fan, you may be interested in Your Yoga Practice, an upcoming – you guess it – yoga DVD. “Your Yoga Practice” is intended for use as part of a daily practice, and includes 312 different sequences from 24 poses, a quantum leap beyond the standard VHS yoga video offering of only 2, 3 or 4 sequences. The yoga practice contained in this DVD is Hatha Yoga, which is based in the principles of alignment and sequencing developed by Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar of Pune, India, the
greatest modern day teacher and practitioner of Hatha Yoga. This style of yoga is popularly known as Iyengar Yoga.

“Your Yoga Practice” features technically and esthetically inspiring poses demonstrated by Iyengar-trained yoga teacher Jason Moring. It will provide a home reference guide for the yoga student to develop a personalized home practice. Because of DVD technology, the yoga student simply selects the length of the session (30, 45 or 60 minutes) and a different sequence of poses is presented each day without repetition. The sequences are numbered so that the student may bookmark a particular sequence for viewing at a later time.
