Legionnaire goes Sterling Silver on Special Edition

Jean-Claude Van Damme’s latest film Legionnaire might not even get a
theatrical run, but Sterling Home Entertainment use the film to introduce
their new Sterling Millenium Series of Special Editions.

On February 9, Sterling will release Van Damme’s latest $35 million
production with a number of supplements on DVD at a suggested retail price
of $29.95.

The disc will feature the film’s original widescreen presentation and a
half-hour documentary about the French Foreign Legion with rare archived
footage. Also contained on this disc you will find a commentary track by the filmmakers,
biographies, filmographies and a number of international and domestic trailers.
On top of these, the disc will also contain a number of DVD-ROM specific
features that will be accessible from PC-based DVD-ROMs only. These features
will include the film’s original screenplay with direct scene access, weblinks,
historical facts, trivia questions and more.
