Fly a real Roaring Glory Warbird with Netflix and PPE

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. – Dec. 21, 1998– NetFlix.com, the world’s largest online DVD rental store, has partnered with Program Power
Entertainment Inc. (PPE) to present the Roaring Glory Warbirds series on DVD.

Now available for rental, the series is hosted by Warbird pilot and Unlimited air racer Steve Hinton who takes viewers on an aerial adventure in the legendary aircraft of World War II
and relates true stories of the young men who flew them. To promote the series debut throughout the month of December, NetFlix.com, in conjunction with PPE and AIX Entertainment,
the producers of Roaring Glory Warbirds on DVD, are offering consumers a special sweepstakes and the chance of a lifetime: a flight in a World War II fighter plane.

Consumer Sweepstakes Details

Visitors to the NetFlix.com web site,, are invited to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to soar through the skies in the fighter plane made famous by “”Pappy“”
Boyington and his Black Sheep Squadron: the F4U Corsair. The grand prize package also includes a trip to Chino, Calif. and a tour of the Planes Of Fame Air Museum.
Twenty-five runner-ups will receive a DVD copy of the Vought F4U Corsair.

The collection includes Vought F4U Corsair, Grumman F6F Hellcat, Mitsubishi A6M5 Japanese Zero, Lockheed P-38 Lightning, Republic P-47 Thunderbolt and Grumman TBM
Avenger. Flying high with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and value added features, each Roaring Glory DVD contains full action video, including checkout and flight with pilot Steve
Hinton, as well as the true stories of the young pilots who flew these legendary planes in combat.

In addition, the DVDs also feature full motion menus including multiple camera angles during takeoff, in flight and landing, as well as the original military training films. Viewers can also
download and print the original World War II pilot’s operating handbook and combat photo album.
