DVD EXPRESS Announces 5.3 Million Dollar Real Estate and Content Deal With
Infoseek, Signs Deal With MSN, Expanding Its Leadership Position

Ten Fold Sales Increase Reported

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ — DVD EXPRESS, the largest online video retailer in all categories combined, selling both DVD movies and
DVD-ROM, today announced that it has signed a two year, 5.3 million dollar real estate and content partnership with Infoseek. The company also announced it has signed a real estate
deal with MSN. Specific terms of the MSN deal were not disclosed.

DVD-ROM sales. This partnership with Infoseek underscores our commitment to aggressively pursuing merchant deals which enable the expansion of our market reach and customer

into the New Year.“”

Since the launch of partnerships with AOL and AltaVista in September, DVD EXPRESS“ orders have doubled from ten thousand to over twenty thousand per week. Additionally, sales
have increased tenfold over last December.

The pact with Infoseek establishes DVD EXPRESS” presence in the main entertainment areas of the portal. Infoseek visitors will have access to DVD EXPRESS’ virtual store front and
searchable database of over 2,800 DVD titles at up to 40% off. DVD EXPRESS will be featured primarily in entertainment, movies, and video spotlight home pages as well as through
Infoseek’s UltraMatch program that matches their user’s profile to that of a DVD customer. DVD EXPRESS will also be a third party source for home entertainment information and
product reviews. Additionally, DVD EXPRESS will feature its virtual store front in MSN shopping/music & video. There, MSN customers will receive exclusive offers and specials on a
regular basis.
