A number of our readers have mentioned to us what is a bit of interesting and
hopefully valuable news, which we want to share with you.

As we mentioned earlier this week, Buena Vista’s “Pulp Fiction” is finding a
release on DVD in Canada in a 16×9 enhanced Special Edition version, and so did
“Transpotting” some time ago. The newly announced “Emma” seems to be available
to Canadian DVD users since August, as is “The Prophecy”, a horror film
with Christopher Walken, that has not even been announced for release here in
the US.

On another note, the recent releases of Fox titles are priced substantially lower
in Canada than they are here in the US. The top tier titles are priced at
CA$23.99, which converts to roughly US$15.00. The same is true with a number of
Buena Vista titles, which can also be had for roughly CA$25.00.
