Tom Cruise has revealed that he has signed up the infamous Hong Kong director John Woo (Face/Off, The Killer) to direct the forthcoming sequel to his smash hit film Mission Impossible. Cruise reportedly told syndicated columnist Cindy Perlman that the film will go into production in Australia next summer and that he is excited about working with Woo. “Even I want to see that movie, ” he remarked. Woo is known for his stylishly directed, action packed movies and a collaboration of Cruise and Woo on a Mission Impossible film is certainly something to look forward to.
