Universal Home Entertainment has just announced another slate of HD-DVD releases, slated for release in June, continuing to dig through their catalog titles.

The line-up contains high definition versions of Born On The Fourth Of July, Bruce Almighty, Daylight, Liar Liar, Monty Python’s The Meaning Of Life and Sneakers.

All titles have previously been released on DVD – some actually a long, long time ago – and these high definition versions will present the films in 1080p video transfers with enhanced Dolby Digital Plus audio tracks as well as all the supplements found on the previous DVD versions. None of these titles will be HD-DVD/DVD combo discs, allowing to price them more attractively. Therefore, look for all these films on HD-DVD on June 12 with a friendly $29.98 price tag.
