Get a taste of The Cranberries Live In Paris

Fans of the group The Cranberries should be pleased to hear that Image Entertainment is putting together a DVD that captures the first live performance of the band in 5 years: Cranberrie: Beneath The Skin, Live In Paris.

Recorded at the Palais Omnisport Arena in Paris, France, on December 9, 1999, The Cranberries had not performed since 1994. With no overdubs, this performance features all the band’s biggest singles and more. Songs include: Promises, Animal Instinct, Loud and Clear, Ode to My Family, The Icicle Melts, Linger, Wanted, Salvation, Desperate Andy, Go Your Own Way, Pretty, When You’re Gone, I Can’t Be With You, Waltzing Back, Free to Decide, Zombie, Ridiculous Thoughts, Dying in the Sun, You and Me, Just My Imagination, Delilah, and Dreams.

The disc will contain a widescreen transfer of the film, with both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Stereo soundtracks. Bonus features include: two documentaries, one about the band, the other dealing with the group’s technicians, “Yesterday’s Gone” from “MTV Unplugged;” bonus live performances of “How” from 1993, “Not Hollywood” from 1996, and “Saving Grace” from 1999; “Promises,” “Animal Instinct” and “Just My Imagination” music videos; a still gallery; an “art loop”; and song lyrics.

Image has scheduled the disc’s release for January 2nd. It will carry the suggested retail price of $24.99.
