fter months of work, the project is almost complete at this point. The first check discs have made their way to Artisan, where they are evaluated for full functionality. Van Ling tells me he was very pleased with whathe saw and how things actually

turned out, and no major problems seem to be in the way of a timely release of the Ultimate Edition. During the upcoming VSDA show, Artisan and DTS will actually give people a first look at the release in DTS’ exhibition booth, where the DVD will be used to showcase DTS’ sound capabilities.

For now, we can give you another look at the creation of the elaborate imagery that has been created for the DVD’s user interface and menu screens, so please take a look and enjoy!
