During the Screen Producer's Association of Australia Conference in Sydney in early November 1998, George Lucas and Rick McCallum were in town to announce the filming of Episode 2 and 3 at the Fox Studios in Sydney and to speak at the SPAA conference. To take the chance and get to see them, Robert liquidated some of his video equipment and travelled to the conference, where indeed he had the chance to meet them both.

“I apologise for George being caught mid-blink, but he was HEAVILY jet-lagged at the time,” Robert remarks, but hey, this is still a VERY cool and are picture!
