Exclusive Blu-Ray content can make all the difference
Both high definition platforms are gathering a lot of momentum as of late and with today's all the major studios are now officially supporting one or both formats with actual product. In this development it is hard not to notice that is quickly becoming a major force for the format as studios like Sony, MGM, Disney and Fox make their titles available exclusively on Blu-Ray. The Samsung Blu-Ray player may be as bad as it is, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a serious swing in perception in favor of Blu-Ray once other players become available in a few months… and the, of course, there's always . People can say what they want but it will be a very powerful force, and from all that I hear, the Playstation 3 is actually turning out to be in the making anywhere right now. This week we also paid a and to talk to them about their ideas and plans for the future.
