Kids and Science from Paramount

Any scientist who grew up in the eighties loved the brilliant kid genre which lasted the entire decade. Paramount Home Entertainment revisits those days with D.A.R.Y.L. and Explorers coming this fall.

D.A.R.Y.L. explores the life of a young boy named Daryl who demonstrates profound talent in all areas of his life. From solving advanced mathematics to dominating difficult video games on his first try, Daryl continues to awe everyone in his town including his foster parents. Consequently, the government has a hidden interest in Daryl that threatens his very existence.

The Explorers are three idealistic and thrill-seeking boys who combine their wits and astuteness to build their own spaceship. Accordingly, the boys blast-off into the galaxy and embark on journeys both whimsical and weird.

Both titles are in anamorphic widescreen and Dolby Digital 5.1, Explorers also contains deleted scenes.

On October 19th, both titles will be priced at $14.99.
